Our most comprehensive product is designed for customers who are concerned about protecting their dwelling, appurtenant structures, personal property, and want broader loss of use protection.

This policy has a 5%, 10% or 15% deductible, depending on the geographic location.

Security EQ Protector™: Protection for Dwellings.
Our basic policy is for customers whose primary concern is protecting their dwelling. There is limited coverage for personal property and loss of use.

The deductible on this policy is 15%.

Condo EQ Protector™: Protection for Condo Owners.
Our condominium policy is available for condominium unit owners who are interested in protecting their personal property; additions or alterations; loss of use and loss assessment.

The deductible on this policy is 10%.
